The information I found most useable:
What I wish I would have received from the training:
• Excellent training
• How to incorporate GDI forms
• Some more time to watch and practise the skills
• The lectures to be longer

• A few more days! Maybe having some more group examples such as you did with Pam – that was awesome.
• Time frame
• More one-on-one feedback from the facilitator
• An introduction from each group member to the organization that they work within.
How my organization will benefit from my training experience:
• I am hoping to set up training of various types to help people become employed
• Client success rates will increase
• If used properly, there will be less drop outs and higher employment rates
• We can be more effective in developing our clients into citizens.
• I will take all the information I have learnt and share with my co-worker.
• Better meet the needs of clients and staff
• I’m better able to assist clients reach their employment goals
• Professional more efficient
• Better equipped clients and better results
