Focus groups are particularly helpful for getting feedback from internal and external customers. It is a useful method that comes from the school of market research and involves carefully facilitated discussion around a topic with a targeted group of people. Our method is powerful as it allows people to feel relaxed and comfortable. At the same time they are engaged and participate in stimulating ideas and issues, while listening to what each person is saying.
