2. Focus on employability to reduce the skill gap so that more of the
talent and potential of the workforce will be realized and workers equipped for the jobs that are created. I.E. Module One -The Assessment Component of Employment Counselling (A.C.E.C.), Module Two – Individual Employment Counselling and Module Three – Group Facilitation.

3. Encourage
adaptability so that both employees and employers are equipped to handle and instigate changes in the workplace.  I.E.  Team Building and Prime Time Performance Management.
